**Modern Conducting Academy Site License Agreement**
Effective date: August 19th, 2024
**Terms of Use:**
1. **Authorized Users**:
- This site license grants access to the resources of the Modern Conducting Academy to all current staff and students of the subscribing institution ("Authorized Users").
- Access is limited to the educational purposes of the institution and its Authorized Users.
2. **Permitted Use**:
- Authorized Users may access, view, and use the licensed materials for instructional, educational, and research purposes within the institution.
- Authorized Users may not share their login credentials or allow access to non-authorized individuals.
3. **Restrictions on Use**:
- Authorized Users may not copy, download, distribute, or share the licensed materials outside of the institution, whether in electronic or physical form.
- Modification, adaptation, or reverse engineering of any licensed materials is strictly prohibited.
- The licensed materials may not be used for commercial purposes or outside the scope of educational use within the institution.
4. **Duration and Termination**:
- This site license is valid for the duration specified in the subscription agreement.
- Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access to the licensed materials.
5. **Technical Support**:
- The Modern Conducting Academy will provide technical support to Authorized Users for accessing and using the licensed materials.
6. **Privacy and Security**:
- The institution and Authorized Users agree to maintain the confidentiality and security of the licensed materials and any login information.
- Any unauthorized access or breach of this license agreement should be reported immediately to the Modern Conducting Academy.
7. **Governing Law**:
- This license agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Modern Conducting Academy is headquartered.
By accessing the Modern Conducting Academy resources, Authorized Users agree to adhere to these terms of use. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disciplinary action by the institution and/or legal action by the Modern Conducting Academy..
