**Modern Vocal Academy Site License Agreement**
Effective date: November 19th, 2024
**Terms of Use:**
- **Licensee Access**:
- This individual license grants the Licensee access to the resources of the Modern Vocal Academy for personal, non-commercial use.
- Access is restricted to the Licensee and is intended solely for their educational and professional development.
- **Permitted Use**:
- The Licensee may access, view, and use the licensed materials for their own instructional, educational, and research purposes.
- The Licensee may not share their login credentials or provide access to any other individual.
- **Restrictions on Use**:
- The Licensee may not copy, download, distribute, or share the licensed materials with others, whether in electronic or physical form.
- Modification, adaptation, or reverse engineering of any licensed materials is strictly prohibited.
- The licensed materials may not be used for commercial purposes or distributed outside the Licensee’s personal use.
- **Duration and Termination**:
- This individual license is valid for the duration specified in the subscription agreement.
- The Licensee must comply with these terms at all times. Violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of access to the licensed materials.
- **Technical Support**:
- The Modern Vocal Academy will provide technical support to the Licensee for accessing and using the licensed materials.
- **Privacy and Security**:
- The Licensee agrees to maintain the confidentiality and security of the licensed materials and any login information.
- Any unauthorized access or breach of this license agreement should be reported immediately to the Modern Vocal Academy.
- **Governing Law**:
- This license agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Modern Vocal Academy is headquartered.
By accessing the Modern Vocal Academy resources, the Licensee agrees to adhere to these terms of use. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of access and/or legal action by the Modern Vocal Academy.
